    A TERM\u00c9KET megrendel\u00e9sre v\u00e1s\u00e1rolni k\u00edv\u00e1n\u00f3 \u00dcGYF\u00c9Lnek szem\u00e9lyes \u00f6tlet, v\u00e1zlat, sejtet\u0151 k\u00e9p vagy egyszer\u0171en csak r\u00f6vid le\u00edr\u00e1s alapj\u00e1n olyan eredeti TERM\u00c9KET kell kifejeznie, amely az ig\u00e9nyl\u00e9s id\u0151pontj\u00e1ban nem szerepel az ATRO portf\u00f3li\u00f3j\u00e1ban, vagy nem s\u00e9rt jogs\u00e9rt\u0151t. harmadik f\u00e9l szerz\u0151i joga, k\u00e9t lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge van:<\/p>

    1.1. Megeml\u00edti, hogy ennek a TERM\u00c9Knek egyedinek kell maradnia, kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az \u0151 birtok\u00e1ban kell maradnia, \u00e9s ebben az esetben az ATRO v\u00e1llalja, hogy ezt a projektet csak ezen \u00dcGYF\u00c9L rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re bocs\u00e1tja.<\/p>

A TERM\u00c9K AZ ATRO TULAJDON\u00c1BA V\u00c1LT \u00c9S AZ ATRO-NEK JOGA VAN FEJLESZT\u00c9SE, KIEG\u00c9SZ\u00cdT\u00c9SE, \u00c9RT\u00c9K\u00c9NEK N\u00d6VEL\u00c9SE \u00c9RDEK\u00c9BEN.<\/p>

    Amikor a sz\u00e1mla el\u00e9ri azt az \u00e9rt\u00e9ket, amellyel a PARTNER a term\u00e9ket eredetileg v\u00e1s\u00e1rolta, jog\u00e1ban \u00e1ll ezen \u00e9rt\u00e9khat\u00e1ron bel\u00fcl (vagy a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6zet megfizet\u00e9s\u00e9vel t\u00f6bbet) egy\u00e9b TERM\u00c9KET t\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9smentesen ig\u00e9nyelni, illetve k\u00e9szp\u00e9nzben k\u00e9rni. banki \u00e1tutal\u00e1s. A rom\u00e1n bankba t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 \u00e1tutal\u00e1s k\u00f6lts\u00e9geit az ATRO \u00e1llja.<\/p>

    1.3. Az \u00e1rak a fenti 11.1 \u00e9s 11.2 esetekben megegyeznek.<\/p>

    1.4. A PARTNER negyed\u00e9vente vagy b\u00e1rmikor t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st kap sz\u00e1ml\u00e1ja vagy sz\u00e1ml\u00e1i \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9r\u0151l.<\/p>

    1.5. Az \u00dcGYF\u00c9L \u00e1ltal ut\u00f3lag v\u00e1s\u00e1rolt 11.2-t\u0151l sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 TERM\u00c9KEK is figyelembe v\u00e9telre ker\u00fclnek.<\/p>

    1.6. A PARTNER sz\u00e1ml\u00e1j\u00e1ra befizetett \u00f6sszeg a term\u00e9k \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9nek (\u00c1FA-val, sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl) 5%-nak min\u0151s\u00fcl.<\/p>

    1.7. Ha k\u00e9s\u0151bb fejleszt\u00e9sek, kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9sek stb. t\u00f6rt\u00e9nnek a TERM\u00c9KEN. ATRO \u00e1ltal, amely a term\u00e9k \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9t n\u00f6veli, az \u00e9rt\u00e9kk\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9get a 11.6. pontn\u00e1l nem vessz\u00fck figyelembe. Ha azokat is a PARTNER hozza, a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6zetet figyelembe veszik.<\/p>

    1.8. Az ATRO fenntartja mag\u00e1nak a jogot, hogy a TERM\u00c9K \u00e1r\u00e1t a tervez\u00e9si \u00e9s kivitelez\u00e9si szempontok f\u00fcggv\u00e9ny\u00e9ben egy adott id\u0151pontban m\u00f3dos\u00edtsa, \u00e9s az 5% sz\u00e1zal\u00e9ka ezt az \u00e1rat fogja k\u00f6vetni. R\u00f6gz\u00fclt marad az a hat\u00e1r, ahonnan az \u00dcGYF\u00c9L kihaszn\u00e1lhatja az el\u0151nyeit (azaz \u00c1FA-s v\u00e9tel\u00e9rt\u00e9k, sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl), de az, amely az \u00dcGYF\u00c9L sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra el\u0151ny\u00f6s, tekintve, hogy az \u00e1rak val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171leg emelked\u0151 tendenci\u00e1t mutatnak.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
